  • Orders before 12:00: Sent the same day!

  • Pick-up at our location is only available by appointment.

  • Request a date/time for your order to be picked up by email or phone.

Return & Refund

Since we send live animals, we avoid returns and/or refunds. If a customer wants to return and/or refund products from our website (baronsreptiles.com), the following apply:

​

  1. We only accept products that have not been opened and/or used.

  2. The customer stands for return-costs.

  3. The customer must send back the products in their original packaging.

  4. Broke, dead or inedible products upon arrival, must be presented 24-hours after arrival through info@baronsreptiles.com.

  5. For a successful return and/or refund application, it must contain photos/videos, orderID and name.

  6. We allow cancellations on pending orders.

  7. Upon a successful return and/or refund, the total amount will be sent to your account within 14 workdays.
